Every time I listen to any DM music, especially old ones, memories come by. I remember my first time hearing this song “New Life”, I was only 9 years old back in 1981 and wanted to hear more of this “enjoyable music”, a friend of mine of my childhood, he was 14, I asked him “can you play it once again?”. He said “NO”. You need to listen to the rest, I said “ok”. By the meaning time, I did not speak English, just my native language, Spanish. Did not understand any word of it, but I already started to love Depeche Mode. Every day when I was getting off school, went to my friend`s home.
