Eat natural foods less processed stuff. Get out and do stuff. Do a DNA test with a reputable organization. In Australia I used MyDna. It gave me information on what foods my body can digest and why I put on weight. Gave me options to choose to plot a diet and an 8-week program of exercise. It also gave me the weakness in the body and where I might be injury-prone. I’ve lost 8kg in 7 weeks and feel great.
